Let’s make

guacamole

My guacamole is creamy, zingy with a hint of spice. It’s so simple so you can make this at home easily. You will need;

-2 ready to eat Avocados

-Medium size tomato deseeded and finnally chopped

-½ medium White onion

-Table spoon of fresh coriander finnally chopped

-Table spoon of Salsa Verde

-1 lime

-2 pinches of salt

-Tea spoon of grated halloumi cheese

-Table spoon of Toasted Pumpkin seeds

 

How to prepare;

-Mash the avocado using 2 forks till smooth

-Add the tomatoes, onions and coriander

-Add the salsa verde and mix well.(Our salsa verde is the key for our delicious guac.)

-Top it up with pumpkin seeds and grated halumi cheese.

 

Salsa verde

-50gr roughly chopped green tomato

-50gr roughly chopped  jalapeño chilli

-10gr roughly chopped white onion

-A clove of garlic

-Juice of 1 lime

-Hand full of coriander

-Half teaspoon salt

You can simply blend them all in a blender. If you don’t have one you finally chop them all and place in a bowl. Then mash it with a large wooden spoon.
